Do You Ship Internationally?

How much does shipping cost?

Australia-Wide Shipping:

  • Standard delivery for all purchases is now charged by the weight and cubic weight.
  • Express shipping is charged is now charged by the weight and cubic weight. 
  • FREE Australia Wide Shipping for orders over $50.00 AUD.
  • Local Delivery within 5km of our shop is $15.00 AUD

    What is the timeframe to dispatch my order?

    Production time varies by the production process used and the complexity of production. Estimates of turnaround times are:

    • No personalised items: Dispatched same or next day.
    • Engraving Items: Depending on the complexity of production, most items take approximately 1-7 business days for production once we receive your payment and info for personalisation.
    • Branded Clothing & Signage: Turnaround time varies depending on the volume of work on hand, take approximately 1-10 business days once all payment and info for engraving has been received.

    How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

    Delivery times once your order has been dispatched, all your items will be shipped from Woodend, Victoria 3442, Australia. Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping options and your location.

    Our reputable carriers estimate the timeframe for delivery:

    • Australia Standard Shipping: takes approximately 3 to 5 business days*. If your shipping address in Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia or in a rural location, we recommend you leave approximately 7-12 business days* shipping time for your order.
    • Australia Express Shipping: takes approximately 1 to 3 business days*. If your shipping address in Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia or in a rural location, we recommend you leave approximately 5-7 business days* shipping time for your order.
    • International Standard Shipping: takes approximately 7 to 15 business days*.
    • International Express Shipping: takes approximately 5 to 10 business days*.

    Please note delivery estimate times are estimates only and vary according to our shipping partner’s load volumes and several factors such as delivery to regional areas and any customs delays that are out of our control. We will do our best to hurry things along, but unfortunately, we do not accept any responsibility as a result of such delays.

    I need my order urgently, what is the timeframe and cost for Rush Production?

    If you need your order urgently, don’t worry, we also provide a rush production service to meet your deadline which can bring the production time back to 1-2 business days from approval. There is a surcharge of 25% of the order value to add our rush production service to your order.

    We recommend you should also upgrade your order to Express Post to ensure that it will arrive by your deadline.

    How can I track my order?

    You will receive a dispatch notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. This will include a tracking link direct to the courier's website that will allow you to track the progress of the delivery.

    Can I pick up my order?

    Absolutely you can come to collect your order. Our warehouse is located in Woodend, Victoria 3442, Australia please contact us, we will advise and notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.

    What happens if I enter a wrong or incomplete address?

    Please enter your shipping address correctly and double-check your delivery address at checkout before placing your order.

    • If your order has not been dispatched yet, please contact us  as soon as possible, we can fix and update your address details.
    • If your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, please contact Australia Post for redirection.

    We also are not responsible for lost or missing items due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

    What happens if my items arrive damaged?

    We have experience in shipping fragile items, much of which is fragile. Your items will go through a careful packaging process to give you peace of mind that you will receive your items in an undamaged condition. In very rare events, things do happen, if your order is damaged in transit, simply email us photos of the damaged items and we will organise an offer or send a replacement to you as soon as possible at our expense. Please note you have 5 days from the date you received your order to contact us regarding any damage in transit, after that we are no longer responsible for any damage.
